This is the book written by the Buddha which contains the knowledge of how to live a better life. It has many Sanskrit passages in which are translated into English so we can enjoy the knowledge contained within.
This is not a book you can read quickly. I read a couple of pages and then ponder its contents as there very deep. It’s deceptive that so few words can contain so many things to think about but it certainly gets to the heart of the matter.
It’s good that it doesn’t include anything extra that hinders your comprehension of the text. It does however truly require your full attention and your entering a flow state though to properly absorb what it is trying to teach you.
